Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or items of equal value, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
