What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), EFT, and select South African payment methods at checkout. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes. Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order. Use AKANI10 for 10% off your first order. Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 072 925 7503 if you need to make a change. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Shipping

What courier options do you offer?

We offer three courier options at checkout:

• PostNet — R110: Delivered to your nearest PostNet branch. 2–3 business days.
• PAXI to PEP Store — R60 (Standard) or R110 (Express): Delivered to your nearest PEP store. Standard takes 7–9 days, Express takes 3–5 days.
• Aramex — R100: Delivered to your home or workplace. 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders above R799 qualify for free shipping via PAXI Standard to your nearest PEP store (7–9 business days).

Want it faster? Choose PostNet or Aramex at checkout — your R60 free shipping discount applies automatically, so you only top up R40–R50 for 2–5 day delivery.

How long does delivery take?

• PostNet: 2–3 business days
• PAXI Express: 3–5 business days
• Aramex: 2–5 business days
• PAXI Standard: 7–9 business days

Do you ship internationally?

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp. For queries, message us directly at 072 925 7503.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Contact us via WhatsApp at 072 925 7503 with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Do AkaniAfrika pieces run true to size?

Yes. Our pieces are designed with a contemporary relaxed fit. Check the Size Guide before ordering. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed look or size down for something more fitted.

What is the difference between Classic and Diamond range?

The Classic range is the AkaniAfrika foundation — premium quality, wide colour selection, timeless design. The Diamond range is the elevated tier — distinctive diamond detailing, exclusive colourways, and a slightly higher price point reflecting the premium finish.

How do I care for my AkaniAfrika pieces?

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat if needed.
