Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Courier Options
PostNet — R110
Your parcel is delivered to your nearest PostNet branch for collection.
- Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
- Cost: R110
PAXI (PEP Store)
Your parcel is delivered to your nearest PEP store for collection.
- Standard (7–9 business days): R60
- Express (3–5 business days): R110
Aramex — R100
Your parcel is delivered directly to your home or workplace.
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days (depending on your location)
- Cost: R100
Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on orders above R799 via PAXI to your nearest PEP store (7–9 business days).
If you prefer faster delivery (2–5 business days), simply select PostNet or Aramex at checkout and top up only R40–R50 — because your free shipping discount applies automatically, giving you R60 off whichever courier you choose.
