Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here is how order cancellations work at AkaniAfrika.

Before Dispatch

If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for our returns process once you receive your parcel.

How to Request a Cancellation

Contact us with your order number as soon as possible: WhatsApp 072 925 7503. The sooner you reach out, the more likely we can stop your order before it ships.
