Submitting an order does not automatically mean that your order has been accepted.

AkaniAfrika does not store your banking or card details.

Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Public holidays.

  • Weather conditions.

  • Circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery charges are displayed during checkout.

Risk in the products passes to you upon successful delivery.

8. Local Pickup

Where local pickup is available:

  • You will receive confirmation once your order is ready.

  • Collection must be arranged using the contact details provided during checkout.

  • Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

  • We may request proof of identity before releasing an order.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Products must generally:

  • Be unworn.

  • Be unused.

  • Be unwashed.

  • Have original tags attached.

  • Be returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible.

For hygiene reasons, certain products may not qualify for return where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
